You know what gets students excited about the We Can Project? When adults are participating too!  We encourage you to come up with your own goals and dreams. Write down some of the things you've wanted to do since you were little. The things that made you excited to get out of bed in the morning. Maybe it's been a long time since you've thought about these things. This is your chance to break out of your routine and make a difference.

This program has been implemented successfully in groups as small as a single classroom and as large as an entire school district. Our philosophy is the more people involved, the better. As long as you are passionate about the Project, people will want to be a part of it.

At the end of the day, there is no wrong way to do The We Can Project. We will provide you with guidelines and worksheets to get you started. Feel free to come up with your own materials, or, better yet, get your students involved and come up with a plan together.

We are so excited to see what incredible goals you create and take on. Make sure that when a difficult goal is achieved, you celebrate it, and then encourage students to come up with an even bigger one. Most importantly, don't forget to tell us about it. We love knowing all of the amazing things you are doing out there.

Through the I Can process our children now understand, regardless of their age, that they can positively impact their community. They have to come to learn that leading from where they stand is about making a commitment to improve the lives and the circumstances of the people around them. The students are most empowered, engaged and motivated when they use their many gifts to enrich the lives of the others around them.
